Abraham was born in Brooklyn and was raised in the leafy suburbs on the Queens/ Nassau border in the lovely village of Lawrence.
He graduated from Charter Oak State College, cum laude, and Emory University School of Law.
Abraham has been practicing law for over 8 years. Prior to opening his practice, he focused on, landlord/ tenant, real estate and foreclosure litigation (litigation is a fancy word for two people fighting and needing a court to sort it out). Abraham’s litigation experience is vital to the way he approaches the “front-end” transactional side; i.e when drafting and reviewing contracts, loan documents and reviewing title reports to understand its real-world implications if it is not done properly and ends up in court.
Abraham will take the time to explain the legal mumbo-jumbo lawyers love to confuse non-lawyers with and clearly lay out the gray areas so you - the client -can make an informed decision with the advice of counsel.
Abraham looks forward to speaking with you regardless of your level of sophistication in the real estate world.
